Chairman Chen Once Again Awarded Special Honors at the Sixth Asian-Pacific Direct Selling Forum
Chairman Vincent Chen is undoubtedly the most dazzling star of today’s direct sales industry. At the Sixth Asian-Pacific Direct Selling Forum held at Taipei International Convention Center, on April 7 and 8，2010，he was once again awarded honors and won the prize of “2009 Direct Selling World Chinese Person of the Year”. In addition, many members of Winalite won prizes during the Forum.
Reputed as the Oscars of the International Chinese Direct Sales Industry, the Asian-Pacific Direct Selling Forum had been held annually five times. This sixth forum was co-sponsored by the World Chinese Merchants Union Association, Cross-Straits Exchange Association for Direct Sales Industry, Cross-Strait Exchange Association, and the organizing committee of the Asian-Pacific Direct Selling Forum, and was jointly undertaken by the magazine companies of DS Century and New Chinese Merchants. During the forum, experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, professional managers, and market leaders from the direct sales industry in the Asian-Pacific region conducted extensive in-depth discussions regarding the business opportunities for the cooperation between the direct sales industries across the Taiwan Straits, the current situation of the Asian-Pacific direct sales industry, innovation of direct sales models, and other topics.
Present at this grand gathering were distinguished guests such as Winalite Global CEO Frankie NG, East Asia Affairs Regional President Jaffery Pang, Global President's Advisory Counsel Mr.Onggy, Dr.Yong & Dr The, and many excellent local Winaliters.
As a specially invited guest of this forum, Chairman Vincent Chen was invited to participate in a series of activities including the opening ceremony of the forum and the summit dialogue, and make a thematic speech as China’s only representative of direct sales entrepreneurs. Regretfully, he was not able to attend the forum because of pressing important matters. Nevertheless, he was the most spectacular star in this event. During the event, posters, exhibition boards, and display stands about Chairman Vincent Chen were seen everywhere. Most remarkably, at the award ceremony on the afternoon of April 8, he won by a wide margin “2009 Direct Selling World Chinese Person of the Year”.
